Hybrid role (3 days in-office) based in Plano, TX.
Job Duties:
- Manages a team of 4-5 senior litigation and major loss adjusters.
- Reports to the Director of Claims.
- Directs litigation strategy for active lawsuits including liability defense, coverage positions, and settlement posture.
- Works with Director of Claims to strategize on litigated claims handling.
- Understands and communicates risk management.
- Assigns and manages defense counsel and controls expenses.
- Reviews legal budgets, invoices, and case progress.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 3+ years of experience in litigation management.
- Current/Active Texas adjuster’s license.
- Effective communication skills including written communication.
- MGA/TPA and nonstandard auto experience is a plus.
