About The Role
Join Definity’s Talent Acquisition team as a Campus Recruitment Co-op/Intern and help shape our early talent programs! In this role, you’ll support full-cycle recruitment while also playing a key part in delivering engaging campus initiatives, events, and student experiences.
This is a dynamic opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to recruitment operations, employer branding, and large-scale campus programs—all while working on meaningful projects that impact student engagement across the organization.
What You’ll Be Doing
Recruitment Support
- Assist with full-cycle recruitment for co-op and entry-level roles across multiple business units
- Create and manage job requisitions in the applicant tracking system
- Post roles on external platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor)
- Coordinate interviews, including scheduling phone and video screens
- Support candidate screening activities and help ensure a positive candidate experience
- Initiate background check requests and track progress
Campus Programs & Engagement
- Support the planning and execution of campus recruitment programs and initiatives
- Assist with co-op onboarding, engagement activities, and student experience programs
- Contribute to organizing volunteer days, social events, and team engagement activities
- Help coordinate and attend career fairs, networking events, and campus activations
- Partner with the team to deliver high-volume recruitment events
Recruitment Marketing & Projects
- Support employer branding efforts by creating and posting content for social media and campus channels
- Assist in maintaining and updating recruitment marketing materials
- Contribute to ad hoc projects that enhance campus engagement and program effectiveness
Reporting & Coordination
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics and dashboards
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across systems
- Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Talent Acquisition team
What You Bring
- Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a sense of urgency
- Interest in recruitment, campus programs, or employer branding
- Comfortable learning new systems and tools (e.g., ATS platforms, MS Office)

About Us
This position is being posted to fill an existing vacancy.
The hourly compensation for the role starts at $22.50 per hour and will increase based on factors including but not limited to, skills, education, experience, and the recommended rates as set by the respective educational institution.
