Please review the following job description:
To effectively manage and direct business activities for direct access and non-direct access of business. The go-to person for day to day to questions, challenges.
1.Support all key functions in a dynamic, expanding, fast-paced MGA.
2.Support new and existing opportunities, onboarding new programs including analyzing program requirements for successful implementation.
3.Work with developers and vendors supporting core underwriting systems/policy administration/premium/claims. Train and support users during implementations, troubleshooting exercises.
4.Create and recommend operational workflow efficiency for lines of business via documentation and workflow support, training tools, IT enhancement and/or support business outsource workflow.
5.Continual educational development in all aspects of the business to support and lead initiatives.
6.Support monthly reporting requirements and analyze data, premium, policy information, troubleshoot data, liaise with internal IT data managers, work with our carriers and markets.
7.Support underwriting audits, internal/external, compliance (surplus lines, state requirements, etc.)
8.Improve, identify and implement processes for efficiency in placing and tracking business
9.Identified as a "go-to" person for program team, clients, design, underwriting, sales strategies, etc. for direct access and non-direct access carriers
10.Identify and communicate carrier specialties for greater efficiency and process development
11.Instrumental in recommending and suggesting process improvement for identifying issues and developing and recommending solutions for greater efficiency
12.Provide proactive customer service driven to achieve revenue plan
13.Process/complete case management requirements for both light and full-service model
