The Team Producer is responsible for managing and growing a book of business within an assigned team or office while serving as a senior advisor to clients. This role drives production performance through placement of insurance solutions, client relationship management, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The core function of this role centers on balancing individual production with team contribution, including supporting workflow execution, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to business growth and retention.

Drive new and renewal business bysoliciting, marketing, quoting, binding, and confirming coverage for assigned accounts
Negotiate coverage terms with carriers, including pricing, structures, and policy provisions, for complex or high-value accounts
Collaborate with internal teams, including support staff and specialists, to ensuretimelyexecution, accuracy, and compliance with company standards

The annual base salary for this position is $150,000.00
