This role is central to improving confidence in delivery by embedding quality and accessibility across the full lifecycle of digital change.Working with Quality Engineers you’ll support teams to design and implement accessibility testing approaches, assess accessibility impacts, and provide expert guidance to improve outcomes.Your role will combine leadership with hands on involvement. You’ll design and oversee accessibility testing, identify risks and defects, and ensure compliance with industry standards. You’ll also coach colleagues and support continuous improvement by evolving frameworks, tools and practices in line with changing accessibility requirements.You’ll be based in Stratford upon Avon, working in a full-time role with a hybrid pattern of 80% homeworking and 20% office presence. Internally this role is called QE Accessibility Specialist.About youYou are an experienced accessibility specialist, ideally from a regulated environment, with strong Quality Engineering knowledge and a proven ability to embed accessibility standards across digital environments. Alongside your technical expertise, you bring a high level of attention to detail and strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams.
