Start date – 14th September 2026Location – YorkSalary - £25,000 + up to 10% annual bonusFull time working hours – Our standard working week is 35 hours on a rotating shift pattern, with shifts between 8:00am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday, plus an average of one Saturday in four from 9:00am to 12:30pm. During your first few months of training, you’ll have a consistent routine of Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, helping you settle in comfortably. Whether it’s a family insuring their home or a driver protecting their car, you’ll play a key role in making sure they’re properly supported.This is a fast-paced, telephone-based role where you’ll spend most of your day speaking with NFU Mutual Agencies, reviewing customer information, and deciding how best to help.
