Working alongside Change Managers, Project Managers and business stakeholders, you'll support major transformation programmes, ensuring colleagues are engaged, prepared and equipped to adopt new systems, processes and ways of working. This role is suited to candidates who enjoy understanding how change impacts people, processes and ways of working. You will use insight and data to identify adoption risks, shape interventions and measure success, ensuring change delivers sustainable business outcomes.This is a delivery-focused role within Enterprise Change Management, supporting projects as they move from planning into execution. You'll contribute to change strategy and planning activities, conduct change impact assessments and work with stakeholders across the business to understand risks, identify adoption barriers and support successful implementation. Working closely with project teams, Learning & Development and business stakeholders, you'll support business readiness activities, learning needs analysis, communication and engagement plans, and adoption initiatives that help colleagues transition confidently through change. You'll also use stakeholder feedback, adoption metrics and change insights to measure effectiveness, support benefits realisation and drive continuous improvement.At NFU Mutual, Change is where strategy becomes reality. Comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels, you'll combine strong analytical skills with a collaborative and pragmatic approach to delivering change. You'll be confident assessing impacts, preparing business areas for change, supporting adoption activities and using data and feedback to measure effectiveness and improve outcomes. Ideally, you'll have experience of technology-enabled transformation and an understanding of how effective stakeholder engagement, communication and business readiness activities contribute to successful change delivery. You'll also bring:Experience supporting change strategies, delivery plans and facilitating change impact assessments, translating impacts into practical adoption and readiness activities across complex initiatives.Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the confidence to challenge constructively, influence decisions and build relationships across a range of audiences to improve adoption outcomes.Experience supporting business readiness, learning and adoption activities that help colleagues successfully transition through change and realise defined benefits.The ability to analyse adoption data, identify insights, risks and resistance, and contribute to benefits realisation and continuous improvement activities.A collaborative, adaptable and resilient approach, demonstrating curiosity, understanding of business processes and the confidence to take ownership of workstreams and deliver results.Experience supporting technology-enabled change programmes, ideally within General Insurance or Financial Services, together with a recognised change management qualification such as PROSCI or equivalent.Experience within the Insurance or financial services industry is highly desirable.
