Role Description This full-time remote Senior Sales Executive role is responsible for driving growth in supplemental accident, health, and life insurance products by actively prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing new business. The Senior Sales Executive will build and manage a pipeline of individual and group customers, conduct virtual consultations to assess coverage needs, and present tailored solutions that align with Combined’s product offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining relationships with existing policyholders, providing ongoing support and service, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams on marketing initiatives, reporting sales performance, and staying current on product features, industry trends, and regulatory requirements. This position requires consistent remote communication via phone, video, and digital tools, with strong self-management and organizational skills with personal and career growth potential.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in consultative sales, preferably in insurance, financial services, or related industries.
- Strong abilities in prospecting, lead qualification, and closing new business in a remote environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Comfort with digital tools, CRM systems, and virtual meeting platforms.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate supplemental coverage solutions.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and working independently with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of supplemental accident, health, and life insurance products is highly beneficial.
- Relevant professional licenses or willingness to obtain required insurance licensing, as applicable.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
