Provides administrative and analytical support to underwriting teams, assisting with the preparation, review, and maintenance of underwriting documentation and data for accurate risk assessment and policy issuance. Ensures compliance with established guidelines, timelines, and service standards.

•Assistunderwriters in gathering, reviewing, andvalidatingdocumentation for risk assessment and policy processing.
• Prepare andmaintainaccurateunderwriting files, logs, and records in systems of record.
• Compile and analyze data to support underwriting decisions and internal reporting requirements.
•Monitorworkflow to ensuretimelycompletion of underwriting tasks and compliance with procedures.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries related to underwriting documentation and status updates.
• Coordinate communication between underwriters, brokers, and other internal departments as needed.
• Support quality control checks to ensure data accuracy and compliance with company and regulatory standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent required;Associate's or Bachelor'sdegree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in underwriting support, insurance operations, or administrative support in a related field.
• Familiarity with insurance principles, underwriting processes, or risk assessment concepts is preferred.
CERTIFICATIONS / LICENSES / REGISTRATIONS
• No specific certifications, licenses, or registrations arerequired.
•Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word, for data processing and reporting.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for interactions with internal teams and external contacts.
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills for interpreting data andidentifyingdiscrepancies.
