Job Description
We're looking for a Multi-Lines Claims Adjuster to join our team in Moncton, New Brunswick. In this role, you'll help policyholders navigate property and casualty claims with fairness, empathy, and professionalism. You'll investigate losses, assess coverage, determine claim value, and negotiate settlements, all while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
- Investigate, evaluate, and adjust multi-line insurance claims in accordance with policy coverage, industry standards, and company guidelines.
- Review, analyze, and interpret expert reports to support claim assessments and resolution strategies.
- Select, engage, and provide direction to independent experts, contractors, and other service providers as required.
- Maintain accurate claim files, documentation, and expense records in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with management to build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive and professional service.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders across the insurance industry, including brokers, risk managers, legal counsel, regulators, and external partners.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 to 5 years functional and technical experience in an insurance environment
- Independent adjusting license or working towards CIP designation
- Knowledge and experience in property and casualty claims is preferred
- Experience in road adjusting including the investigation and detailed reporting of claims
- Post Secondary education in an insurance related field considered an asset
- Working knowledge of Xactimate and Xactanalysis an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently
- Must be a team player with outstanding customer service skills
- Willingness to work in a dynamic environment with opportunity for career growth
