We are seeking an experienced, motivated Senior Associate Broker to join our growing E&S Casualty team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Excess & Surplus Lines insurance industry, excellent relationship-building skills, and a collaborative, team-first mentality.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Proven experience in E&S insurance, preferably within Casualty brokerage and underwriting.
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance coverages, market placement, and the submission-to-binding process.
- Established relationships with retail agents and/or carrier underwriters are a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, dependable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
