Position Summary
A Corrections Processing Associate will play a crucial role in the insurance industry. They will be responsible for managing account/invoice related tasks, ensuring accuracy, and providing excellent customer service. The work will involve corrections to data entry, recordkeeping, and communication with internal clients and team members.
What will your job entail?
Job Responsibilities:
Acts as liaison between business outsource partners BPO (Business Processing Organization), processing teams, accounting teams and front office to resolve data integrity issues.
Works independently to diagnose data issues and moves to solve the issue.
Interprets requests from multiple sources with the ability to simplify these requests for our BPO partners.
Resolves accounting discrepancies on routine basis. May be required on call for accounting close which may include weekends and holidays.
Provides timely feedback to BPO partners on quality audit findings.
Assists BPO partners with feedback on higher level data entry issues.
Works with teams to improve efficiencies through constant workflow assessments and changes.
Tracks inventory and helps balance workloads with our BPO partners as well as on-shore staff in order to meet SLA's.
Technical/Functional Skills:
Work Experience and Education:
• BA/BS degree preferred. Business, insurance, and/or technology related degree a plus.
• 1 - 3 years of experience in an office environment, insurance experience and experience with core business systems and applications preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced MS Office Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word is required. SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain standards of quality and quantity of output as established by management.
• Desire and drive to foster teamwork in a collaborative environment.
• Ability to work well within a team and to continually learn in a fast paced and constantly changing environment.

The target hourly rate range for this position is $20.00 - $24.04 per hour.
The wage range for this role considers many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, and market demands. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Full-time roles are eligible for bonuses and benefits.
