How you'll contribute:
- Administering the initial stages of the Trading Partner (TP) data gathering and onboarding process, including but not limited to:
- Managing initial incoming TP requests
- Identifying onboarding requirements
- Managing correspondence with TP
- Maintaining the TP onboarding tracker to ensure SLAs are monitored and met.
- Assisting with team projects and Business as Usual
Requirements:
- Experience within an office environment.
- Interested in the insurance industry.
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Inquisitive and a willingness to learn.
- Hardworking, adaptable and a good communicator.
- Interpersonal skills, well-organised and takes initiative.
- A problem solver and team player who can manage multiple tasks.
