As part of the Risk Division, we work closely with the Risk Director, navigating a diverse and exciting range of responsibilities that include fostering a strong relationship with the PRA (our prudential regulator), supporting the business to implement regulatory changes, and ensure ongoing complian
ce.
Additionally, we also support the internal governance framework, helping to ensure that governance committees run effectively and continue to meet their terms of refere
nce.
As a Prudential Governance Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting prudential compliance activities, inclu
- ding:
Interacting with senior managers, including Board members and the Executive Team, helping them to ensure we continue to meet our regulatory obliga - tions.Championing compliance with the Senior Managers & Certification Regime (SM&CR) and the regulatory requirements for remuner
