What does that mean for a Risk function? We're growing at an incredible rate and the Risk team is currently being built out. You’ll be busy working on interesting, complex projects. The sort of business we are, and our strategic priorities make this an interesting role for Risk professionals - at CFC anyone can forge their own path, and as a “blank canvas”, this opportunity is as exciting as it gets!

Youwill be heavily involved in rolling out risk workstreams and ensuring they are embedded globally.Your role will have responsibility of the risk management processes in place for Group entities, including the UK regulated MGA and all international offices, and our Syndicate risk management activities so you’ll have loads of interaction with stakeholders across our entire business!
About you

Other elements of expected knowledge and/or experience are:
- Good knowledge of Lloyd’s and regulatory requirements;
- Good knowledge of the PRA supervisory framework, policy and Solvency II principles;
- London market insurance experience essential; preferably with a Lloyd’s managing agent;
