Position Summary
The Vice President, Business Operations is responsible for executing the strategic vision for Shared Services Operations collaborating with executive leadership to integrate and oversee process improvements and managing cross-functional teams. The role ensures successful change management, mitigates risks, and provides leadership in training programs for staff. They evaluate and implement automation solutions, establish tracking systems, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Job Description:
- Develop and implement Change Control processes to align with overall business objectives and collaborate with executive leadership to integrate into the organizational culture and business strategy
- Develop and execute long-term operational strategies, ensuring they remain aligned with the company's evolving business objectives
- Lead team to evaluate proposed new and/or changes to service models
- Fosters a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging employees at all levels to actively participate in enhancements
- Oversee opportunities for process improvement across teams, ensuring streamlined and efficient workflows
- Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of the Change Control Protocol across the organization
- Establish financial management guidelines, budgets, and allocation model for the Business Operations team, monitors key KPI’s and ensures resources effectively support strategic projects
Work Experience and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred; Business Administration, Business Operations, Sales preferred. Any other related discipline or commensurate work experience considered
- 10+ years of experience in the Insurance Industry or Business Operations with a minimum of 7 years of management experience.

The target salary range for this position is $180,000.00 - $225,000.00 annually.
The wage range for this role considers many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, and market demands. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Full-time roles are eligible for bonuses and benefits.
