Responsibilities
- Field and enter new claims reports received through a variety of methods, such as email, telephone, and fax.
- Deal with new claim reports and customer inquiries received through various methods, escalating more complex issues according to company policies and procedures.
- Generate statistical reports as required.
- Deal with incoming and outgoing correspondence sorting and flagging urgent items, following up for information when required.
- Process and type form letters or other items as assigned.
- Provide administrative support and assistance when required.
- Help identify improvements to be made to process and share these with management.
- Receive and distribute incoming mail.
- Other duties as required in order to meet team objectives
