The role
Retail Intermediary Distribution Support is looking for a
Relationship Support Consultant to support the next phase of development for our Intermediated trading channels.
The role will form an integral part of a regionalised distribution hub, working with Business Development Managers and Telephone Account Managers, with a focus on providing technical and operational support to a panel of Financial Advisers across our Retail and Private Client intermediary channels.
Key Deliverables Of The Role Will Include
- Supporting Distribution colleagues in the achievement of Net Fund Flow targets across the relevant scope of Standard Life and wider Phoenix Group products
- Identifying and prioritising lead generation and commercial opportunities through a range of metrics, including CRM and trading insights/data
- Developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, building advocacy with key individuals across the Intermediary advice market
- Provide technical and operational support on Standard Life products and proposition to key individuals across the intermediary advice spectrum
What are we looking for?
- Knowledge of intermediated financial advice / intermediary distribution
- Experience of using data and insights to identify opportunities to drive distribution activity
- Experience of working with (a) CRM platform(s)
- Has attained or committed to attaining RO1 and RO4
