Position Summary:
The Senior Policy Processing Representative is responsible for overseeing and managing the processing of insurance policies, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. This role involves coordinating with various departments, handling complex policy issues, and providing guidance to junior staff.

What will your job entail?
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Own the policy lifecycle – from issuance and amendments to renewals and cancellations.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal standards and evolving regulatory requirements.
• Tackle complex policy challenges, collaborating with underwriters, agents, and clients to find effective solutions.
• Maintain meticulous records of all policy transactions and communications.
• Drive process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and implementing smarter workflows.
• Stay ahead of the curve on industry regulations and ensure our practices remain compliant.
• Deliver insights through data analysis and reporting to support continuous improvement.
• Be a trusted partner to internal and external stakeholders, providing timely and professional support.
What You Bring:
• Experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
• A background in Law is a plus, but not required.
• Fluency in French and Dutch is essential.
• A proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and a passion for operational excellence.
