We’re actively seeking a talented Wholesaler Concierge Desk Associate to join our team in Omaha, NE, specifically focused on supporting the life and annuity sales teams within the Consumer Markets Division. The team plays a lead role in fostering adoption of all sales enablement tools throughout the sales organization in order to drive sales efficiency.
As part of the CMD Sales Enablement team, you’ll be responsible for supporting wholesalers’ proficiency and adoption of Salesforce CRM, tableau, Business Planning Dashboard, Next Best Action, HeyDan!, Lifeline, PPT, Ensight, SIMON, and our other Sales Enablement tools. You’ll also provide customized training to individual wholesalers to aid them in using these tools to help them manage their territories and drive more sales. Additionally, you’ll use your knowledge of the sales tools, and user experience to drive system enhancements and capabilities, simplifying the wholesaler experience.
How you will help us move forward:
Provide excellent sales team support, as the central point of contact for one-on-one assistance with sales enablement programs, tools and technologies.
Track and report key trends for stakeholders and partners in Sales Intelligence, Sales Training, and Marketing to provide insight for continual improvement of wholesaler experience.
Manage requests and act as a liaison with internal stakeholders to bring successful resolution to complex and or cross-functional problems (Sales, Operations, Marketing, Salesforce COE, etc.)
Perform extensive front-line investigations into technical issues, and log cases with accurate information to provide a full record of each issue and resolution. Ensure every interaction is of the highest quality.
Actively participate and share observations across the organization to improve process or help solve root cause issues.
Support the CE and webinar process in conjunction with Events Planning and our Retirement Solutions Group (RSG). Duties include report creation and/or reconciliation.
Research and troubleshoot systems and sales tools issues and support new user onboarding and training.
Coordinate with Corporate IT and Salesforce COE to ensure tech and systems access is in place for onboarding of sales employees.
Gather and understand business stakeholder needs. Work with key internal and external stakeholders to refine, enhance, and simplify the wholesaler experience for Salesforce, and other sales enablement tools.
Demonstrate your proficiency with the Salesforce platform, and other sales enablement tools to pilot, test, new solutions, and demo features and capabilities to wholesalers.
Maintain a deep understanding of the enablement programs, sales tools and technologies available to the sales team and how they integrate.
Team player, adaptable and have an amazing work ethic. You can identify where help is needed and are motivated to pitch in, coach, and train your peers.
Develop and document training guides and videos in collaboration with Sales Training.
Continually look for opportunities to implement process efficiencies and streamline the Salesforce and sales tools experience
Provide guidance on building, and may build, Salesforce reports, in collaboration with Sales Intelligence team.
The experience you bring:
Advanced knowledge of the various tools, processes and technologies to support the field sales team (e.g. Salesforce, Tableau, Excel, Business Planning Dashboard, NBA, Seismic, territory management, Cvent, PL websites, Ensight, PPT, Lifeline, etc.).
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and align internal resources
Strong focus on customer experience and keen attention to detail
Strong business acumen and ability to create efficient and repeatable processes and controls
Analytical and technical mindset that helps you meticulously troubleshoot and evaluate issues quickly, efficiently and accurately
Resourceful with proven ability to tackle difficult questions/issues on your own; driven to work hard with minimum supervision
Effective written communication to translate complex concepts and processes into easily digestible content
What makes you stand out:
2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales
Minimum 2-3 years of sales enablement systems experience in a Financial Services environment, preferably with Life or Annuities experience
FINRA Series 6/7 Required
FINRA 63, Life Insurance and/or Variable Products license Preferred
Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Economics or Finance, or equivalent Financial Industry experience
