The Sr. Vice President - Planning & Analytics is responsible for financial management, incentive compensation, mergers and acquisitions, and analytics.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
• Oversee the Planning & Analytics for the company, as a whole.
• Partner with the President to establish companywide programs as applicable as a member of the Executive Leadership Team
• Develop company strategic plans and budgets.
• Manage the mergers and acquisitions process inclusive of identification, modeling, risk assessment, and negotiations.
• Manage financial reporting, analysis, and business support.
• Develop and administer sales compensation plans that support business objectives.
• Support the business with reporting, analytics, and ad-hoc support utilizing data and analysis tools.
• Motivate those you work with to reach high standards of performance by establishing an environment that encourages and recognizes diligence, dedication, and a sense of mission.
• Maintains good working relationship with all teams.
• Facilitates projects for the President that impact the company.
• Reviews expense reports, customer contracts and company policies
• Possess ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational level.
• Possess ability to work collaboratively with all teams to create a results-driven and team-oriented environment.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work and educational experience
• Minimum fifteen (15) years experience in comparable industries, with ten (10) years in a senior management position
