We are seeking a highly organized, proactive and trusted partner to join our Executive Operations team. The ideal candidate will bring advanced communication skills and creativity to support a diverse and geographically dispersed senior leadership team. This role requires someone with the experience to deliver effective executive support and the desire to contribute to the evolution of our administrative support function.
How you will create impact:
- Reviewing correspondence sent to the assigned Vice Presidents to determine urgency and managing schedules to ensure the most effective use of time.
- Assisting with the logistics, facilitation and scheduling of meetings, townhalls and events, including technical support and the preparation of presentations.
- Completing various administrative tasks, including travel bookings, distributing mail, paying invoices, submitting and reviewing team expense reports and documenting procedures.
- Providing support services to the executive leadership team providing back up to other EAs during absences and peak periods, and completing other tasks as required.

To join our team:
- You have 5+ years of administrative support experience, with a minimum 2 years as an Executive Assistant.
- You have post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- You have highly proficient skills with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Having experience in the insurance industry and/or co-operative sectors is an asset.
