Position Summary
The Program Director within the Enterprise Insurity Center of Excellence (CoE) is responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of complex, cross-functional C1/SureMGA initiatives that support Ryan Specialty’s strategic technology objectives. This role ensures the successful delivery of enterprise-wide C1/SureMGA program by overseeing execution, governance, and stakeholder engagement across multiple workstreams.
This position includes managing the strategic relationship with Insurity, including oversight of contracts, statements of work (SOWs), and licensing. The scope encompasses all implementations, M&A integrations, and ongoing maintenance efforts involving Insurity software products across the Ryan Specialty enterprise.
What will your job entail?
Key Responsibilities:
Program Leadership & Execution
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise Insurity software products, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Manage interdependencies across projects and teams to ensure cohesive and timely delivery.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the primary liaison for business and IT stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate regular updates, steering committee meetings, and executive briefings.
- Foster strong relationships across business units, IT teams, vendors, and external partners.
Governance & Reporting
- Establish and maintain program governance frameworks, including risk management, issue resolution, and change control processes.
- Monitor and report on program performance, milestones, and KPIs to senior leadership.
Resource & Vendor Management
- Coordinate with internal resource managers and external vendors to ensure appropriate staffing and skill alignment.
- Oversee vendor performance and deliverables in accordance with contractual obligations, particularly with Insurity and other key partners.
Process Optimization & Best Practices
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of CoE methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
- Champion the adoption of program and project management best practices across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in program or project management, ideally within enterprise software or digital transformation environments.
- Demonstrated success managing large-scale, cross-functional software initiatives.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP, PgMP, or SAFe certification is highly desirable.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with enterprise platforms such as Insurity C1, Salesforce, SAP, or Oracle.
- Familiarity with CoE operating models, governance structures, and enterprise IT standards.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in complex, fast-paced environments.

The target salary range for this position is $160,000.00 - $200,000.00 annually.
The wage range for this role considers many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, and market demands. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Full-time roles are eligible for bonuses and benefits.
