IAT Insurance Group is seeking a Data Integration Solution Architect to join our Data Management team. This role is responsible for designing and delivering robust data integration solutions that support business operations and strategic initiatives. Please note, IAT works on a hybrid schedule, working from the office Monday through Wednesday with the option of working remotely Thursday and Friday.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data structures, business processes, and integration technologies, and will collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. The position will be in one of our following offices:

Compensation:
Please note, if you live in Illinois, the typical salary range for this role will be $106,400 to $168,100. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position in that location. Actual salary will vary based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and geographical location related to this specific role. The total compensation will include a base salary, performance-based bonus opportunities, 401(K) match, profit-sharing opportunities, and more.
