Specialist, CAC Operations
Job Description
Reporting to the Director of Customer & Broker Accounts, the Specialist, CAC Operations, is responsible for overseeing system management within the Customer Accounts Centre to support the billing process. This role also entails accountability for internal and financial reporting at the departmental level.
What can you expect in this role?
- Oversees system maintenance, including defect resolution, enhancements, and project coordination.
- Provides dedicated leadership and expertise within Guidewire BillingCenter and PolicyCenter.
- Drives continuous improvement in coordination, prioritization, and support of product delivery initiatives.
What do you bring to the role?
- University degree, college diploma or CIP Designation
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within team settings and to manage responsibilities efficiently in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role preferred.
- Bilingual is preferred.
High degree of proficiency with English is required to service customers, both internal to the company and external, across Canada.
Salary Range: $69,000 - $127,000
