The opportunity:
We are a growing team of Delegated Account Technicians and Data Analysts led by the Delegated Authority Data Manager. Our focus: analysing and processing bordereaux into downstream systems. It’s fast-paced, supportive, and full of opportunities to build your insurance and technical skills.
What you’ll be doing:
As a Delegated Account Technician, you’ll ensure accurate and timely bordereaux processing and maintain high-quality data. You’ll also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues, using a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
Our must-haves:
- Insurance experience is preferred. Bordereaux processing or commercial insurance experience desirable.
- Timely and accurate processing of written premium bordereaux, adhering to agreed SLAs and meeting team KPIs.
- Engage with internal stakeholders regularly to monitor BDX data quality, adherence to binder terms, BDX receipts and financial performance.
- Escalating unresolved data issues, non-receipts or performance concerns as appropriate and in a timely manner.
- Actively collaborate with Credit Control to maintain written vs signed variance below threshold levels.
- Demonstrate a high level of engagement with the team, driving dynamic collaboration. Weekly team meetings, stand-ups, ad-hoc meetings, in-person and remote collaboration.
- Drive data quality improvements at source through external engagement with Brokers and Cover Holders.
