Amwins is seeking unique and collaborative individuals to join our lively Client Services Clearance Team. These individuals will be given the opportunity to learn and develop various skills that will assist the Amwins Client Services Team throughout the fast-paced clearance process.
- The Clearance/Finance Mail team receives new business information from an insurance agent and enters it into the system so that opportunities can be pursued by our production teams.
As a valued team member with our firm, you will help to develop new and imaginative processes and procedures while performing in this role. This position requires on the job training that will provide a collaborative and exciting team focused environment. Joining Amwins as a team member with the Client Services Finance Mail Team will offer the opportunity for advancement as the department grows swiftly beyond its initial stages.
Necessary Skills/Attributes
- Proficient in navigating a computer, creating emails and documents etc.
- Proven accuracy in data entry
- Organizational skills
- Ability to take proper action with partial information
- Navigate and follow templated communications
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Essential job functions include, but are not limited to:
- Receive new business requests in a workflow system
- Review to ensure all information is present and accurate
- Enter new business in the system for the appropriate team
- Follow documented processes
- Communicate with internal and external partners
- Data entry
- 5 days in office and ability to visit local post offices
Knowledge/Experience
- An education level of at least a high school diploma or GED
- 1+ year of experience in a related environment or relevant education (i.e. office, administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.) using phones and computers as the primary job tools
