Position Summary
The Vice President of Marketing is a key executive role responsible for leading the marketing department and driving the overall marketing strategy to achieve business objectives. This role requires a visionary leader with extensive experience in marketing, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence and inspire teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies, driving revenue growth, and enhancing brand equity.

Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s business goals and drive growth.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Oversee the development and execution of brand strategies to enhance brand awareness, positioning, and loyalty.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Design and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, PR, and traditional media.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment (ROI).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and finance, to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation in marketing strategies.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the executive team and board of directors on marketing performance, insights, and strategic recommendations.
Work Experience and Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field with 15+ years of related experience.
· 7+ years of making management decisions.
Licenses & Certifications:
· Certified Marketing Executive (CME) is preferred.

The target salary range for this position is $160,000.00 - $200,000.00 annually.
The wage range for this role considers many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, and market demands. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Full-time roles are eligible for bonuses and benefits.
