Reporting to the Manager, Brand and Design, the Specialist, Print Design & Partner Collateral supports the development and production of print materials and partner-facing collateral that align with Petline’s brand standards. This role is primarily focused on the hands-on execution of design projects, contributing to the creation of brochures, flyers, signage, and other marketing materials that support sales and distribution channels and partner engagement. Working closely with the marketing, operations, and business development teams, the Specialist ensures that all materials are visually consistent, accurate, and delivered on time.
With a strong foundation in print design principles and attention to detail, this role is responsible for preparing production-ready files, applying brand guidelines, and supporting the day-to-day design needs of internal teams and external partners. What can you expect in this role?

- Apply brand standards consistently across all materials while maintaining attention to detail and visual clarity.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, operations, and sales and distribution leads to understand project requirements and deliver assets on time.
- Organize and manage design files, templates, and assets to support efficient workflows and easy access for team members.
- Receive and apply feedback from stakeholders to refine designs and improve final outputs.
- Support the team in adapting existing designs for different formats, sizes, and partner needs.
- Stay up to date with basic design tools and print production processes to support continuous improvement in execution.
- Manage assigned tasks using project tracking tools (e.g., Jira), ensuring clear communication and timely delivery.
What do you bring to the role?
- A diploma or degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing both print and digital work. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop); familiarity with Canva and Figma is an asset.
- Basic understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy across print and digital formats.
- Comfortable preparing production-ready files and working with print specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple design tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with a willingness to take direction and apply feedback.
- Curious and eager to learn new tools, techniques, and design trends. A team player who enjoys supporting others and contributing to shared goals.
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an asset but not required.
Salary Range: $58,100 - $106,900
