About the team and the job
Acrisure Re Corporate Advisory and Solutions (ARCAS) was established in March 2021 to broaden the insurance and reinsurance capabilities of Acrisure Re. Our team is defined by 4 business pillars: Advisory, Capital Solutions, Legacy and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A). We operate through a holistic financial advisory model: developing strong corporate partnerships built on mutual trust and integrity is the foundation of our team. We pride ourselves on an employee first culture, embedded from the top-down. The ideal candidate will mirror these qualities from the outset.
The programme will introduce you to the world of (re)insurance and corporate finance. The successful candidate will work across the ARCAS business pillars through the transaction lifecycle: from pitching to execution. You will gain industry knowledge, experience, and develop relationships that will enable you to advance quickly in your career. This is a small, fast-paced division – you will find yourself involved in key projects with significant responsibility from day one.
The graduate will have a permanent seat in the ARCAS team while participating in the wider Acrisure Re graduate programme. This will include training and development sessions with peers across the company. In addition to your day-to-day work, you will be supported in studying towards the CFA professional qualification.
We are looking for the successful candidate to start with us as soon as possible.
How you'll contribute:
The role will be supporting the ARCAS team in all areas including:
- Origination and execution of different types of transactions (Insurance Linked Securities, Legacy, Third Party Capital Raising, M&A, Debt and Equity Raising)
- Financial modelling
- Presentation, pitchbook and document production
- Benchmarking/competitor analysis
- Due Diligence reviews
Requirements
The successful candidate will possess the ability to work effectively as part of a global business in a dynamic and agile team. You will be able to work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining a strong client focus and delivering exceptional performance.
- STEM Degree education – 2.1 minimum
- First-class interpersonal and communication skills
- Mathematically minded and enjoys problem-solving
- Demonstrable interest in insurance or corporate finance
- Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure
- Flexibility and willingness to work across the division fulfilling all aspects of the role

Interview process
- 30-minute Teams call with Talent Acquisition.
- Numerical, verbal and diagrammatic online testing.
- Teams interview with members of the ARCAS team
- In-person interview with the ARCAS team.
