This role works with a team to ensure customer satisfaction, assisting in numerous projects with high client contact, always checking accuracy and integrity of our system.
Assignment Details:
• This role will be hybrid, requiring some in-office days.
• Up to 6-month assignment (could be shorter) – Full time hours
• Hours are typical 8-5 M-F
• Possible overtime hours required
REQUIRED RESPONSIBILITIES

- Documenting customer information into our systems with exemplary attention to detail
- Reaching out to customers via telephone
- Focusing on customer satisfaction, displaying excellent retention skills
- Working on projects as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- HS Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Demonstrated professionalism communicating over the phone.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- 2 or more years customer service experience with outstanding retention skills.
- Exposure to Microsoft Office.
