Responsible for assisting management in protecting CRC Insurance subsidiaries and affiliates from loss by ensuring compliance within assigned area of responsibility. Provide support for assigned licensing responsibilities by performing associated detailed work with minimal guidance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Responsible for processing all assigned entity and agent/producer licensing, company appointment and bond tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
2. Maintain an updated database/application of licensed insurance entities and agents, company appointments and bonds.
3. Assist insurance agents/producers and provide support for licensing/company appointment and bond need and requests.
4. Assist newly-hired associates regarding licensing and company appointments.
5. Responsible for assigned tasks and duties in support of various compliance processes.
6. Ability to analyze data, prepare and draft reports and related correspondence.
7. Ability to successfully execute compliance projects with general instruction and minimal guidance.
8. Establish and maintain accurate and organized files, records and documentation.
9. Deal discreetly with confidential information.
10. Assist in solving problems, researching and responding to compliance inquiries and general support of assigned team, internal and external clients.
11. Work with Director of Licensing to perform assigned work.
12. Participate in relevant projects and efforts in order to achieve goals and objectives.
13. Actively promote and drive a culture of compliance.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent education and related training
2. Two years of related insurance operations/compliance experience in a support position, or comparable experience
3. Attention to detail and demonstrated commitment to thoroughness, timeliness and accuracy
4. Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently with minimal guidance
5. Working knowledge of related insurance automation systems, standard software applications such as Microsoft Office and ability to operate office equipment
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills
7. Ability to travel, occasionally overnight
