Job Description
What you will do for C&F:
- Perform Legal Collections intake of cases. Research potential in force coverage, prior balances and credits.
- Manage and Maintain team mailbox (including researching and responding to inquiries).
- Agency management – maintain follow up dates and ensure cases are returned per vendor agreements.
- Leverage experience working with AI and system integrations to improve and manage internal tracking, reporting, and management processes.
What you will bring to C&F:
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Accurate data entry skills, strong attention to detail, and a high level of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), SharePoint and an aptitude to learn new programs.
- Experience with AI tools and system integrations such as workflow automation platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to implement and manage technology-driven solutions for process improvement, reporting, and data management.
- Familiarity with data visualization, reporting dashboards, and integration of multiple software systems is highly desirable.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Show initiative, and independent follow-through
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong business acumen.
- Ability to engage cross functionally across teams and businesses.
- Astute analytical and problem solving skills, broad and accurate administrative capabilities and naturally diplomatic communicative abilities.
- Must be effective at developing and maintaining productive & professional relationships among the employee group and outside stakeholders.

Salary ranges are available for all positions at this location, taking into account roles with a comparable level of responsibility and impact in the relevant labor market and these salary ranges are regularly reviewed and adjusted in accordance with prevailing market conditions. The annualized base pay for the advertised position, located in the specified area, ranges from a minimum of $34,400.00 to a maximum of $64,600.00. The actual compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the market pay for the jobs at each level, the responsibilities and skills required for each job, and the employee’s contribution (performance) in that role. To be considered within market range, a salary is at or above the minimum of the range. You may also have the opportunity to participate in discretionary equity (stock) based compensation and/or performance-based variable pay programs.
