Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and curious individual to join our Boston based Global Operations team as a Summer Intern. This 12-week paid internship offers a deep dive into the world of insurance operations.
You Will
- Document and organize key operational workflows to support process clarity and efficiency.
- Support data clean-up, quality, and integrity initiatives.
- Analyze operational data metrics to identify trends.
- Collaborate with experienced operations professionals and cross-functional teams.
- Participate in real-world projects that impact our internal and external customers.
- Collaborate with BHSI Interns across North America.
You will be part of a dynamic and supportive operations team that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. Your work will directly contribute to driving operational excellence across our international footprint.

The base salary range for this position in Boston is from $22/hour - $28/hour; a candidate’s salary is determined by their relevant skills and experience. We value our teammates – both their capabilities and character – as demonstrated by our amazing culture.
