The Accounting department within IAT has an immediate opening for an Accounting Clerk in our Raleigh, North Carolina or Newark, New Jersey locations. The ideal candidate will handle a wide range of important duties, as detailed in the section below.
This role works a hybrid schedule from an IAT Office in Raleigh, North Carolina or Newark, New Jersey. The hybrid schedule reflects our values (thinking and acting like an owner, collaboration, and teamwork) as it requires working from the office with colleagues and other disciplines Monday through Wednesday, with the option of working Thursday and Friday remotely.
Responsibilities:
Provides administrative support to the Collateral Department Manager, including;
- Processing and recording receipts and disbursements of cash collateral.
- Maintaining and reconciling bank accounts and reports.
- Assisting with the acceptance, review, and amendments to Letters of Credit (ILOC)
- Reviewing, recording, and filing of legal documents related to the collateral business (Indemnity Agreements, Letters of Credit, Collateral Agreements).
- Provide service and support to the Surety Business Unit related to collateral inquiries.
- Perform other duties as needed.

Compensation:
Please note, that the annual gross salary range associated with this posting is $31,090 – $67,680. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and geographical location related to this specific role. The total compensation will include a base salary, performance-based bonus opportunities, 401(K) match, profit-sharing opportunities, and more.
