About the role:
Are you ready to shape the future of digital performance in an award-winning, UK wide organisation?
NFU Mutual are seeking two Digital Insight Consultants to join our forward-thinking Digital Insight team on a permanent, full-time basis. This is a pivotal time for NFU Mutual as we expand our digital offerings and harness the rapid advancements in technology to better serve our customers. Our Digital Insight Consultants will play a key role in shaping and delivering the businesses digital insight.
As Digital Insight Consultant, you’ll bring your technical expertise to life by developing and delivering powerful digital insights that drive smarter decisions. You’ll create a clear, consistent view of how our digital channels perform and use your strong communication skills to influence strategies that make a real impact.
You’ll deliver both planned and ad-hoc digital analytics activities to uncover insights that boost digital sales, adoption, and performance. You’ll identify customer pain points, make data-driven recommendations, and work closely with the wider digital team to optimise our channels. Alongside this, you’ll support the development of digital business cases by providing robust analytical insight, building clear recommendations, and leveraging reporting tools to demonstrate real, measurable benefits.
Additional duties:
- Create and manage digital reports using complex data to deliver timely, actionable insights.
- Fix data gaps and ensure accuracy by collaborating with data owners and maintaining compliance.
- Standardise and validate data for consistent, reliable measurement.
- Turn complex analytics into clear insights with recommendations that influence key decisions.
About you:
We’re looking for a Digital Insight Consultant who can turn data into actionable business intelligence. You’ll combine sharp analytical skills with strong communication to deliver insights that influence key decisions across the organisation. Your ability to think critically, pay attention to detail, and build trusted relationships with stakeholders will be essential as you translate complex data into clear, compelling stories.
You’ll have experience in analytical or statistical roles, preferably within digital, marketing or customer analytics, and be confident working with numbers and large datasets. Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel, are a must to analyse data efficiently and create insightful reports.
We’re looking for two talented specialists to join the Digital Insight team. Ideally, you’ll bring a mix of both skill sets, but if your strengths lean more toward one area, don’t worry, we’d still love to hear from you.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with Power BI (or similar data visualisation tools) to extract, analyse, and present complex data in a clear and actionable way
- Experience using website analytics like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics to track, interpret, and optimise digital performance through actionable insights.
