We’re looking for a Programmatic Marketing Operations Manager to help run high-performing digital campaigns for our direct-to-consumer insurance brands: Sonnet and Petline. This role is perfect for someone who loves data, platforms, and figuring out how to make things work better. You’ll get to shape how our brands show up online. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead DV360 performance campaign setup, trafficking, optimization, and reporting to drive measurable results
- Manage GMP Martech operations including CM360 trafficking, floodlight configuration, and conversion tracking pixel creation
- Act as the primary owner of the marketing data warehouse, ensuring data accuracy, timeliness, and seamless flow across all performance sources to enable automated reporting
- Define, document, and maintain Ad Operations workflows to support cross-team execution
- Experiment with audiences, bidding, and budget strategies to find what works
- Watch campaign performance like a hawk and optimizing opportunities based on campaign objectives and KPIs
- Help tell a clear, compelling story about campaign performance, tying results back to the media strategy and highlighting actionable insights (without putting anyone to sleep)
- Refine the campaign management processes and best practices, maintaining internal efficiency, quality, and timelines.
- Work with our ad tech partners when things go sideways (or when we want to try something new)
- Keep certifications current across DV360, Amazon DSP, or The Trade Desk
- Stay plugged in on emerging digital media trends and opportunities that can enhance upcoming campaigns
