Our Customer Experience team is at the heart of every brand interaction— from first impressions to long-term engagement.We’re seeking a seasoned Project Manager with agency experience to lead the delivery of creative and strategic initiatives across our Design and Copy Shared Services.
What You’ll Do
As Project Manager, you’ll be the operational lead driving execution across multiple customer experience workstreams. You’ll:
- Oversee delivery of design and content deliverables in a kanban environment.
- Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on scope, and on time.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align on priorities and expectations.
- Coordinate with Product Owners, Designers, and Content Strategists to translate user stories into actionable plans.
- Facilitate working sessions, reviews, and retrospectives to maintain momentum and quality.
- Proactively identify risks, resolve blockers, and ensure smooth communication across teams.
- Provide regular status updates and reporting to senior leadership and business partners.
- Champion process improvements and contribute to scaling delivery practices across the organization.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in project management within an agency, consultancy, or fast-paced digital environment.
- Proven track record managing creative and strategic projects involving design, content, and marketing.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a client-service mindset.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Agile experience is an asset, but comfort with hybrid methodologies is key.
- Insurance or fintech industry experience is a plus.
- Ability to lead with confidence in a hybrid work environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Salary Range: $77,100 - $142,000
