Position Summary:
We are seeking a Capital Management Analyst to join our London team. This is a high-impact role where you will be responsible for producing and refining the pitch decks, presentations, and analysis that underpin our capacity negotiations with carriers. You will work closely with the reserving and pricing functions within RSUM and the Capital Management and MGA leadership to turn data and underwriting results into compelling carrier-facing materials.

What will your job entail?
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain high-quality presentation decks (PowerPoint/Excel/PowerBI) for carrier pitches, renewals, and quarterly reviews.
- Analyse MGA performance data (premium, loss ratios, exposure, growth trends) and present insights clearly.
- Draft narrative and supporting materials that highlight our strategy, facility economics, and track record.
- Collaborate with MGA underwriters and actuarial teams to ensure accuracy of data and messaging.
- Support the team in market research and competitor benchmarking (commissions, profit shares, facility structures) and ad hoc MI and data requests.
- Attend carrier meetings, provide meeting packs, and contribute to Q&A prep.
- Maintain a central library of standardised templates, charts, and data visuals.
What We’re Looking For
- Demonstrable experience in insurance, broking, reinsurance, underwriting support, capital markets, or consulting/finance.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills (Excel required, PowerBI/SQL a plus).
- Excellent presentation and design skills (PowerPoint essential).
- Ability to distil technical information into clear, carrier-friendly messaging.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
- Interest in delegated authority, capacity markets, and capital placement.
