You’ll be out in the field, delivering real-world sessions, coaching on diagnostics, safety, and repairs, and ensuring our teams have the confidence and skills to get the job done right.
What you’ll do:
Deliver engaging, hands-on technical and non-technical training to ATA accreditation standards.
Design, update, and improve training programmes across all vehicle brands.
Coach and support technicians and operational teams to ensure top performance.
Maintain up-to-date training content, libraries, and competency records.
Ensure a safe, professional training environment and adhere to Health & Safety regulations.
Evaluate training effectiveness and provide insights to improve performance.
Represent Allianz at manufacturer training sessions and share knowledge with the team.
Support quality and accreditation standards across all training activities.
- About you:
Strong technical knowledge across multiple vehicle brands.
Experienced in delivering technical training or coaching, ideally to ATA or similar standards.
Excellent communicator, able to engage and inspire learners.
Collaborative and flexible – able to travel across the UK (overnight stays and occasional weekends required).
Passionate about helping others grow and succeed.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
City & Guilds Technician Certificates (Level 1 & 2) or equivalent.
Master Technician or advanced diagnostic qualification.
Minimum Level 3 High Voltage accreditation.
5+ years’ experience as a motor vehicle technician or 3+ years in roadside assistance.
Proficient in diagnostic equipment, fault-finding techniques, and Microsoft Office.
Well-presented, professional, and confident in corporate and customer-facing settings.
Desirable Skills:
Training diploma or equivalent qualification.
Experience delivering coaching one-to-one or in small groups.
Registered Automotive Technician Accreditation.
