Salary and benefits: £32,000 - £52,000 plus discretionary bonus

What are we looking for?
We are seeking a detailed-oriented calculation assurance analyst. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the accuracy & reliability of calculations within our retirement solutions products, covering digital & tooling solutions.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Experience in financial calculation, particularly in the context of retirement solutions products.
- Capable of translating calculation specification & business requirements into a test approach with supporting test scenarios.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a methodical approach to work.
- Proactive in nature, with good communication skills, both written & verbal, with the ability to articulate to both business & technical stakeholders.
- Proficient in work management & test management tooling such as Atlassian JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- Responsible for the creation of QA plans, scenarios and scripts for calculation testing.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards agreed with the Product Owner.
- Responsible for providing accurate impact assessments when presented with acceptance criteria.
- Responsible for calculation defect management & timely reporting through sprint lifecycle.
- Responsible for adherence to calculation quality assurance processes & standards.
- Collaborate with the technology delivery team in user story refinement & story pointing during pre-sprint initiation (refinement) phase.
- Support the technology delivery team in root cause analysis when assessing defects.
- Contributes towards Sprint Planning, calling our any blockers envisaged during the Sprint window.
Collaborate with technology delivery team & pricing team to understand product specification & calculation specification
