This is a hybrid role and we prefer candidates based in the Denver area. The position requires three days per week in the office, with flexibility when you are on client sites.

We will count on you to:
Responsible for driving net new business sales and revenue growth by promoting and selling our comprehensive suite of workforce and total rewards solutions to clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling sales proposals and presentations, and negotiate and close contracts.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions and differentiate them from competitors.
Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, manage leads, and maintain accurate records.
What you need to have:
A minimum of 7 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in professional services, HR consulting, or SaaS/software sales.
Ability to show how you identify, research, profile, and prospect accounts
Ability to talk through your cold calling, meeting conversions, and closing ratios.
Abiliity to share examples of identifying and meeting with key decisions makers.
Abiliity to Illustrate your process of managing a prospect through a sales cycle
To be able to articulate your sales funnel
A proven your track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Shown demonstrated long term sales success.
To be ready to verify with numbers and ranking against peers.
Highlight your relationship building skills.
Share how you build client relationships through your knowledge of industry trends and highlight your ability to establish trusted advisor status before the sale.
Detail examples of how you build internal relationships and marshal the right people and resources to close a deal.
Dive into major challenges and opportunities within your industry and your thought leadership in address these issues.
What makes you stand out:
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the workforce management, total rewards or similar industry.
Successful software sales experience.
Experience selling into middle and large size organizations in the Mountain States market
Successful professional service sales experience with a focus on driving new business.
Ability to speak to managing a highly complex matrix driven environment.

Marsh McLennan is committed to hybrid work, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration, connections and professional development benefits of working together in the office. All Marsh McLennan colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.
The applicable base salary range for this role is $97,000 to $194,500.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
