About The Role
We’re looking for a detail-focused and proactive Counterparty and Security Manager to join our London team. You’ll lead third-party onboarding and due diligence processes across insurers, brokers, introducers, and other counterparties—ensuring compliance, accuracy, and alignment with regulatory standards. This is a key role that supports SRG’s operational integrity and risk management across the Group.
What you will be doing
- Managing onboarding processes for insurers, intermediaries, and other third parties.
- Reviewing and advising on Terms of Business Agreements (TOBAs) to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Conducting due diligence checks including sanctions, PEP, credit, and adverse media screening.
- Ensuring compliance with Client Money rules and Lloyd’s market practices.
- Administering onboarding via broking systems and configuring third-party data accurately.
- Advising colleagues across teams and delivering training on onboarding, TOBAs, and compliance.
Who we are looking for
You’ll be a trusted advisor with strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of insurance broking operations and compliance.
You’ll Need
- Experience in third-party onboarding, due diligence, or risk management within insurance.
- Familiarity with Lloyd’s market practices and broking systems (e.g. BAR, ATLAS, CRYSTAL).
- Ability to review and advise on TOBAs and regulatory requirements.
- Strong understanding of Client Money rules and compliance frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with policy administration systems and data configuration.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence across teams.
- Proactive mindset and ability to work under pressure with high attention to detail.
