About The Role
We’re looking for a friendly and organised Payroll & Benefits Assistant to join our People and Culture team. Reporting to the Payroll and Benefits Manager and working closely with the People Business Partnering team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring payroll runs smoothly and colleagues have the support they need to make the most of their benefits
What you will be doing
- Supporting the monthly payroll process for approximately 800 UK colleagues, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Assisting with the development and administration of international payroll systems and processes.
- Supporting annual remuneration reviews, reporting, and payroll-related projects.
- Responding to payroll and benefits queries from colleagues promptly and professionally.
- Supporting benefits renewals, internal promotions, and communications.
- Assisting the People Business Partnering team with ad-hoc HR and payroll projects.
Who we are looking for
You’ll have a good understanding of payroll and benefits administration and be confident working with HR systems and large datasets. Experience with UK payroll processing is essential, along with a background in benefits administration and reporting.
- It would be great if you also have:
- Experience with international payroll or multi-country processes.
- Advanced Excel and data reporting skills.
- Knowledge of HR systems and employee record management.
- Relevant payroll or HR qualifications.
