About The Role
We’re looking for a strategic and delivery-focused Head of Change to lead the transformation agenda across SRG. You’ll be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of IT change initiatives—from platform migrations and infrastructure upgrades to acquisition integrations and process improvements. This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape the change strategy, embed best practices, and drive continuous improvement across the Group.
What you will be doing
- Leading the planning and execution of IT change programmes aligned with business goals.
- Managing the change portfolio, balancing priorities, resources, and risk.
- Embedding governance frameworks and tracking performance through KPIs.
- Championing change management methodologies such as Agile, PRINCE2, and PROSCI.
- Building and developing a high-performing team of project managers and analysts.
- Ensuring compliance with IT and regulatory standards throughout the change lifecycle.
Who we are looking for
You’ll be a confident change leader with a strong track record in IT programme delivery and transformation. You’ll bring a proactive mindset and a practical approach to driving results.
You’ll Need
- Experience building and leading change management functions.
- Background in managing large-scale IT programmes and transformation initiatives.
- Experience in M&A integration and operating model design.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Familiarity with enterprise systems, infrastructure, and digital platforms.
- Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and business cases.
- Certifications such as PRINCE2, Agile, PROSCI, MSP or ITIL (preferred).
- Experience with Acturis, Salesforce, and data transformation programmes (desirable).
