About The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Executive to join our Special Risks Edge team within the TUE business unit. You’ll manage a diverse portfolio of clients, including NGOs, consultants, and commercial contractors operating in developing and conflict-affected regions.
What you will be doing
- Managing client accounts across multiple insurance classes, including Liability, Accident & Health, Marine Cargo, Equipment, and Kidnap & Ransom
- Handling new placements and renewals with speed and precision
- Broking risks into Lloyd’s and preparing key documentation such as MRC slips and risk registers
- Building strong client relationships through excellent service and responsiveness
- Attending client and industry events, including overseas travel
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory and ethical standards
Who we are looking for
We’re looking for someone with solid experience in commercial insurance and a passion for working with clients in complex environments.
You’ll Bring
- At least five years’ experience in a commercial insurance role, ideally within the London or Lloyd’s market
- A high level of personal accountability and professional standards
- Curiosity and drive to understand the unique challenges faced by clients in high-risk territories
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to support colleagues
- Commitment to personal development, both technically and behaviourally
- A thoughtful and positive approach to client and colleague interactions
