Are you someone with great customer service skills, looking to start or build your career in insurance? We are seeking a positive and team-oriented AdministrationAssistant to join our Broker Support team in Melbourne in January 2026.
About the role:
Reporting to the Team Manager – Broker Support, you’ll provide essential administrative support to our Underwriting teams and help ensure smooth operations for our brokers. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a busy, high-volume environment and contribute to a collaborative team.

Responsibilities Include:
- Sending out renewal invitations and non-express renewals to brokers
- • Processing new policies and renewals in the underwriting system, including preparation of Certificates of Currency and managing related documents
- Following up on outstanding and upcoming renewals and new business
- Maintaining broker information and managing logins to our online system
- Answering phone calls and take messages
- General administration and office duties as required
About You:
- Professional and positive “can-do” attitude
- Ability to work effectively both autonomously and in a team
- Excellent customer service skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong sense of accountability
- Experience in a busy, high-volume environment
- Administration and customer experience highly regarded
