About the role
We’re looking for a confident and experienced Data Analytics Lead to join our Platform team. You’ll play a key role in mentoring our analytics team, shaping how data is used across the business, and delivering insights that drive smarter decisions.
What you will be doing
- Supporting and mentoring the Data Analytics team to develop structured ways of working
- Planning resources to meet the needs of a fast-scaling business
- Extracting and transforming data to deliver meaningful insights
- Creating engaging reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders
- Developing reporting data products and automation solutions
- Championing data quality and governance across the business
Who we are looking for
Here’s what will help you thrive in this role:
- Strong experience using Power BI or similar BI tools
- Proven experience leading analytics teams and mentoring others
- Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational databases
- Experience with Snowflake and data warehouse methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
- Experience in the insurance sector, including broking and underwriting
