Position Summary
This intern position will support the Human Resources (HR) function with day-to-day administrative support and entry-level HR work to help drive efficiency and provide exceptional client service. This position will have the opportunity to work across multiple HR areas and will be an important part of supporting our company’s day-to-day HR needs.
What will your job entail?
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain I-9’s.
- Maintain employment files (active and terminated) to ensure all necessary documents are included and records accuracy.
- Administrative tasks like filing, copying, preparing documents, updating materials/presentations.
- Process post- Employment Background checks.
- Respond to verifications of employment.
- Order company credit cards.
- Assist with employee events and activities (Holiday Party, Employee Recognition, Wellness, etc.).
- Assist with merger and acquisition activities.
- Assist with special HR projects.
- Other relevant duties as assigned.
Education:
- In process of obtaining an Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
- Studying HR or any related field, including Business, Psychology, etc.
- Preferred: Students who will be graduating in May 2026, December 2026, May 2027, or December 2027.
Work Experience (Preferred, but not required):
- Experience working within an HR department, including the use of an HRIS (Human Resources Information System).

The target hourly rate range for this position is - per hour.
The wage range for this role considers many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, and market demands. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Full-time roles are eligible for bonuses and benefits.
