Position Summary
The Senior Organizational Change Management Specialist is responsible for leading and managing change initiatives within the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in change management, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive successful adoption of changes across the organization.
What will your job entail?
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance. Ensure changes are aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives.
• Lead and mentor a team of change management professionals, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance within the team.
• Conduct impact analyses and assess change readiness to identify key stakeholders and areas of resistance. Develop strategies to address these challenges and ensure a smooth transition.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of changes and alignment with business priorities. Facilitate effective communication and coordination among stakeholders.
• Design, develop, and deliver change management communications to inform and engage employees. Ensure that communication plans are clear, concise, and effectively convey the benefits of the changes.
• Provide input and support for the design and delivery of training programs to ensure employees are adequately prepared for changes. Monitor training effectiveness and adjust as needed.
• Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives, providing regular updates to executive leadership on status, risks, and opportunities. Develop and present comprehensive change management reports and dashboards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the change management function, identifying areas for process optimization and implementing best practices. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in change management methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all change management activities. Implement and enforce robust governance frameworks to maintain change integrity and accountability.
Work Experience and Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, or related field with 8 years of related experience; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD and 3 years of related experience; or equivalent work experience.
Licenses & Certifications:
· Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI – ACP), Certified Insurance Project Manager (CIPM) or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) is preferred.

The target salary range for this position is - annually.
The wage range for this role considers many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, and market demands. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Full-time roles are eligible for bonuses and benefits.
